KeepAmericaFishing™, the American Sportfishing Association's (hereafter referred to as ASA), angler advocacy campaign educates and engages anglers in efforts to preserve their right to sustainably fish on our nations public waterways by giving them a voice in the decisions that matter to them. In doing so, ASA collects and maintains a database of e-mail addresses and other demographic information. This database is used solely for the purpose of communicating with anglers. Such information may take the form of announcements, alerts, newsletters or any other vehicle to facilitate communication regarding advocacy, conservation and other issues of interest to recreational anglers.

ASA does not give, lend, share or sell its e-mail addresses to its association members or other businesses, organizations or individuals. ASA will, however, provide a trusted third-party with an individual's shipping information when it is necessary to fulfill a product, service or other request made by an individual within ASA's e-mail database.

ASA may include within its electronic communications or on its websites information or advertising that promote businesses, organizations, agencies and other third party entities. Communications recipients and website visitors may, at their discretion, choose to respond to the information or to an advertisement that may be linked to a third-party website, where visitors may provide information directly to a third party. In this case, the information is collected directly by the third-party entity, not ASA.
